Certified registration with ID confirmation |

For children and young people under 16 years an age verification based on ID certification is required as follows: |
|
|
A. Public certification office |
|
|
Public certification offices are authorities (such as residential offices), police stations or post offices, which provide ID certifications. See list below. |
|
|
1. Download and print certified registration form. |
|
|
2. Personally go to certification office with passport or identity card. |
|
|
3. Certification office issues a certified copy of your ID and hands it out to you applying a fee. |
|
|
4. Send completed certified registration form together with certified copy of your ID to address on form. |
|
|
5. Certified profile is created and password is sent to email address as specified on form. |
|
|
B. Internal certifiction office |
|
|
Schools and youth organizations can apply at OVIVA as certification office. After accreditation by OVIVA, they receive the permission to create certified profiles. See list below. |
|
|
1. Download and print certified registration form. |
|
|
2. Personally go to certification office with completed certified registration form and passport or identity card. |
|
|
3. Certification office creates a profile and sends approved certified registration form to us directly. |

|

Profiles are free of charge in the first 3 months. |
|
Thereafter, a fee according price list is raised. |
|
|
Prior to fee due date, we will inform you regarding this fee. |
|
|
If you delete your profile before fee due date, no fee will be applied. |
|
|
On 16th birthday, youth profile is automatically converted into a regular profile. |
